What makes our eggs different
What makes our free-range eggs different?
We begin with a simple philosophy: happy hens lay exceptional eggs. We keep our chickens in ultra-small, intimate flocks, providing them with spacious coops and expansive runs where they have all the room they need to thrive.
Three pillars
Our three pillars of egg excellence
1. The hens: built for the outdoors
We raise several breeds of hens, all of them are resilient laying breeds perfectly suited to our outdoor conditions. The direct result is eggs with stronger shells, richer golden yolks, and a depth of flavour that industrial production simply cannot match.
2. Their lifestyle: genuinely free range
While many "free-range" eggs come from flocks that mostly stay inside, our hens are genuine outdoor explorers — roaming, scratching through grass, dust-bathing, and chasing insects.
3. Their feed: quality in, quality out
We prioritise their well-being with a carefully balanced, healthy diet. Combined with natural foraging — grasses, seeds, and the occasional worm — our hens produce eggs naturally rich in flavour and nutrition. Please note — we don't add artificially high amounts of carotene to our hens' diet in order to produce bright-orange yolks.

Experience the difference
The vast majority of eggs are mass-produced for volume, not quality. If you're trying ours for the first time, prepare to be amazed: the colour, freshness, and authentic flavour are a world apart from the norm.
