We raise Bovan Browns, a resilient laying breed perfectly suited to our outdoor conditions. Unlike commercial hybrid chickens bred solely for maximum volume, our hens mature at a natural, healthy pace, leading to longer, happier lives. The direct result is eggs with stronger shells, richer golden yolks, and a depth of flavour that industrial production simply cannot match.

While many "free-range" eggs come from flocks that mostly stay inside, our hens are genuine outdoor explorers.
