Hello! We're Jon and Susie, and along with our two dogs, we run Probus Produce, right here in mid-Cornwall. We started out as Probus Pork but we've expanded to include free-range hens, Christmas trees and a few extra ventures (when time permits!).
Our mission is clear: to produce very high-quality food while upholding the highest standards of welfare and sustainability. Quality before quantity, every day of the week.
